This is March Break and I have aspirations to get out and about a bit more this week.
Write
I will write for a least 10 minutes a day and aim for 750 words a day (5250 a week).
I will enter at least one WDC contest this week.
I will participate in as many Writing events as I am able:
Tues. 6 pm Fiction Co-working Call
Wed. 4 pm Oak Bluffs Poetry meeting; 7:30 pm GWN
Thurs. 2 pm Paris Ready, Set, Write!
Sat. 8 pm Poetry or Blogging Co-working calls
Sun. 5 am Paris Ready, Set, Write; 2 pm Goals and Accountability - GWN; 3 pm NWAL
Read
I will read 30 books on Goodreads.com this year. I am currently finished 5.
I am currently reading The Christmas Bookshop by Jenny Colgan; Self-Editing for Fiction Writers; and How to Write That Scene by Rayne Hall
Work
March Break. I am only working with my client on Monday afternoon.
I may work on Digital Supply bag.
Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high)
Yoga - 1 to 3 stretching sessions
Meditation - I am continuing with the 21 day Sahaja Yoga Meditation Challenge. This week is Days 10 through 16.
Drink at least 2L a day. Eat more fibre and protein. No eating after 8 pm. Follow a modified Cinderella Solution diet. Get in the kitchen more and prepare more meals so that I have more control over what I eat.
Other
I continue to aim for 10 minutes a day:
Declutter. Pick something from my list and get to it.
Move my body.
Get out of the house. Being March Break I plan to get out on some day trips.
