Password changes


{image:}1000 My account is set up in favorites, IE browser, so my user name and password are entered automatically, I have forgotten my password, so can't reset because I don't have the old one to let me enter a new one. I'm now using the Edge browser, as IE will soon not work. ????
So, if I don't know my old password, I can't access Writing.Com in new browser. The favorites tab comes up in the Edge, but doesn't show my username or password. So, I continue to use IE so my account opens without me entering my name or password. I'm not seeing any other ways to get tech help from Writing.com . Thanks.
