Goals for the week of May 2 to 8, 2022
Write
I will write 750 words a day (5250 words for the week).
I will create a piece and submit it for a contest on WDC.
I will participate in as many writing activities as I am able:
Tues. 3 pm Creating a Book Cover; 6 pm Fiction Co-working Call
Wed. 7:30 pm GWN
Fri. 4 pm Short Stories and Flash Fiction; 6 pm Reader's Group; 8 pm InDesign for Writers
Sat. 4 am Paris Ready, Set, Write (?)
Sun. 5 am Paris Ready, Set, Write (?); 3 pm NWAL; 3:30 pm Montreal Tais Toi et ecrite.

Read
I will read 30 books on Goodreads.com this year. I have currently finished 10.
I finished The Witch Doesn't Burn in this One by Amanda Lovelace.
I am reading License to Dream by Anna Jacobs; Self-Editing for Fiction Writers; How to Write That Scene by Rayne Hall; The Maeve Binchy Writers' Club, and The Writer's Journey by Christopher Vogler.

Work
I have four full supply days booked for this week.
I work on Digital Supply bag.

Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high).
Yoga - 1 to 3 stretching sessions.
Meditation - I am starting a new challenge - Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays - called Journey Within.
Drink at least 2L a day. Eat more fiber and protein. No eating after 8 pm. Follow a modified Cinderella Solution diet. Get in the kitchen and prepare meals so that I have more control over what I eat.

Other
Vacuum the basement.
Empty the central vac container.
