Update for the week of May 2 to 8, 2022
Write
I will write 750 words a day (5250 words for the week). As of Saturday night I was at 4297. I'm on track. *Bigsmile* I am still hoping to make it....
I will create a piece and submit it for a contest on WDC. I did a blog post for Week #1 of I Write - Decade Edition (2nd session)
I will participate in as many writing activities as I am able:
Tues. 3 pm Creating a Book Cover *Checkg*; 6 pm Fiction Co-working Call *X*
Wed. 7:30 pm GWN *X*
Fri. 4 pm Short Stories and Flash Fiction *Checkg*; 6 pm Reader's Group *X*; 8 pm InDesign for Writers *X*
Sat. 4 am Paris Ready, Set, Write - I joied fro 2 hours at 5 am. *Checkg*
Sun. 3 pm NWAL (canceled for Mother's Day); 3:30 pm Montreal Tais Toi et ecrite. *X*Took my Mother out for dinner.

Read
I will read 30 books on Goodreads.com this year. I have currently finished 11.
I finished The Witch Doesn't Burn in this One by Amanda Lovelace.
I am reading Self-Editing for Fiction Writers; How to Write That Scene by Rayne Hall; The Maeve Binchy Writers' Club, and The Writer's Journey by Christopher Vogler.
License to Dream by Anna Jacobs - this one is on hold as I am not enjoying it and I was not reading anything because I felt I needed to finish it.
I have added Hook, Line, and Sinker by Tessa Bailey (finished Sunday), and Black Girls Must Be Magic by Jayne Allen.

Work
I worked four full supply days for this week.
I work on Digital Supply bag. I have picked up a few more interesting things to add to my Special Ed one.

Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Three - almost four (I needed 22 more steps). So I could say 4.
Yoga - 1 to 3 stretching sessions. Not yet.
Meditation - I am starting a new challenge - Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays - called Journey Within. One. I missed Thursday - no surprise - it is my LOOOONG day.
Drink at least 2L a day. Eat more fiber and protein. No eating after 8 pm. Follow a modified Cinderella Solution diet. Get in the kitchen and prepare meals so that I have more control over what I eat. I am not drinking enough. I have been in the kitchen more - making healthy food choices for my mother and I - watching her salt intake.

Other
Vacuum the basement. It's in today's plan.... didn't happen. I gardened instead. The day was far too nice to be inside.
Empty the central vac container - Done Thursday night.
I have added in some gardening - to get the scrappy winter dried up bits gone.
