Lost new chapter content

I was wondering if there is a way to recover everything that is written on a new chapter if your account logs you out before you can post it. I've lost several chapters that way before (one of the main reasons I wasn't jumping to renew my membership the last time something like a year ago) and the chapter I just lost on one of my interactives had almost 6k characters that just got deleted because of that. Does anyone know how to recover that or is it gone for good?
