I want to ask you what steps you would take to avoid being scammed, but not just a list of steps, but how would you write them out in a clear way that anyone of any reading level can understand? I repeat, this is in regard to writing and the subject of the writing is steps to take when avoiding scammers or at least being scammed by them.

I ask this because I wrote a letter and published it here on Writing.COM. The letter kinda goes in reverse, showing the actual steps most scammers themselves take to scam you. Now it is your turn to write out steps to avoid scams!
