Sun 12 pm Working Writer; 3 pm NWAL
Reading
Continue to work toward my goal of 30 books on Goodreads. I am currently at 16 books.
I am reading: Troubled Blood by Robert Galbraith; Writing Radar by Jack Gantos; How to Write That Scene by Rayne Hall; Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert; and The Writer's Journey by Christopher Vogler.
Working
Work on Digital Supply bag - this is not a priority, but if I find something I will add it.
Check to see status on UI
Redo my makeup hours for working with my client to make sure the family gets them all used up for the summer.
Health
Doctor - Monday at 9:45 am.
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Get in a daily walk of at least 20 minutes.
Yoga - 1 to 3 stretching sessions.
Meditation - 1 to 3 sessions this week.
Drink at least 2L a day.
Eat more fiber and protein.
No eating after 8 pm.
Get in the kitchen and prepare meals so that I have more control over what I eat.
Other
Clean cat boxes more that once.
Clear out the window wells and open up the windows in the basement for the summer.
Take an Artist Date.
Plan some adventures for this summer.
