Update for the week of July 18 to 24, 2022
Writing
Write my 750 words a day (5250 a week). *Checkg* All days over 750 words.
Camp NaNoWriMo. Can I get between 750 - 1000 words a day? I will reach my goal of 25K on Sunday, but I hope to add another 5K before the end of the month.
Work on planning out my blogs for BYOB. In progress *Checkg*
Participate in as many Writing Activities as I am able:
Tues. 3 pm Finding Book Comps *Checkg*
Wed. I opted to work alone today.
Thurs. 1 pm Paris Ready, Set, Write *Checkg*
Fri. 4 pm Creating Chapters and Scenes *Checkg*
Sat. Opted out and worked on my own.
Sun 12 pm Working Writer *Target*; 3 pm NWAL *Checkg*; 6 pm BYOB - 2nd session *Checkg*
I deleted anything I did not do because I was feeling bad about not accomplishing things. This should not focus on not getting things done - it should focus on what I did get done.

Reading
Continue to work toward my goal of 30 books on Goodreads. I am currently at 17 books.
I am reading: Troubled Blood by Robert Galbraith; Writing Radar by Jack Gantos; How to Write That Scene by Rayne Hall; Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert; and The Writer's Journey by Christopher Vogler.

Working
Work on Digital Supply bag - this is not a priority, but if I find something I will add it.
Check to see status on UI - still checking.
Redo my makeup hours for working with my client to make sure the family gets them all used up for the summer. Still need to do this.

Health
Doctor - Monday at 9:45 am. *Checkg*
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Get in a daily walk of at least 20 minutes. More walks this week. Only two days over 10K, but most days have had a healthy step count.
Yoga - 1 to 3 stretching sessions. Not yet.
Meditation - 1 to 3 sessions this week. 2 sessions so far. 75 minutes at this time.
Drink at least 2L a day. This has been a better week for this.
Eat more fiber and protein. I have done better with this as well.
No eating after 8 pm. Hit and miss, but mostly I have been better with this.
Get in the kitchen and prepare meals so that I have more control over what I eat. Hot weather has made cooking not a huge interest.

Other
Clean cat boxes more that once. *Checkg*
Clear out the window wells and open up the windows in the basement for the summer. Not yet. Very hot week.
Take an Artist Date. Arboretum at the University of Guelph.
Plan some adventures for this summer. Still need to focus in on this.
