Did I see the Terms of Service page?
When I set up an account, I saw *something* about free membership service. I understand that free service allows people to set up portfolios, which I want to do, and paid service offers other perks I don't have time to use right now anyway. However, the links in the lines "I have read and understand the Terms of Service" opened null pages. Was that because the Terms of Service are the (less than a full screen) I *had* read and understood? Or is there a more typical, lengthy and complex Terms of Service page that was down today? If so, can anyone share a copy of what it says?
