I have not reached my max no. of interactive stories
One member is trying to transfer two interactive stories from her portfolio to mine.

I have an upgraded membership, which means that I am allowed to have a max of 20 interactive stories.

I currently have 18 interactive stories in my portfolio, so I'm under the maximum limit, right?

Whenever the member tries to transfer these stories to me, she gets an error saying that I have reached the max number of interactive stories which are allowed for my membership type, which is NOT TRUE. The transfer of the stories fails for some strange reason.

I don't have any stories in my Recycle Bin. I can't understand why the transfer isn't working. I have been with WDC for a very, very long time and this is very upsetting to me. I am almost considering closing my account over this.
