Scheduled MB and Awardicon Sending

Greetings The StoryMaster Author Icon!

I would like to suggest a "Schedule a Merit Badge or Awardicon Sending" utility. This way, we can preset merit badges and awardicon to be automatically sent to their respective recipient when comes the scheduled date. This would help us to not miss in sending merit badges to members and make sure that all badges and awardicons will count towards their community recognition.

Currently, I am using a static item "IOUs" Open in new Window. to list members with pending Merit Badges and Awardicons but somehow, I always forget to send them on time.
