Refund on first payment
Paid for membership but not received. I initially ordered a 19.95 basic membership with my cash app card but I never received the membership. So I reordered with a different card and it worked but I never received the refund on my cash app card. I would would like to see about getting that initial payment refunded, thank you. Or even simply applying that extra 19.95 for a longer basic membership would suffice.
