I've double checked and confirmed this in a couple of different ways with our payment processors. There was only one successful payment and no failed payments attempts.
Please check with the Cash App support folks about what happened with your first payment (and whether it actually happened or is just a pending hold that will not actually complete). Also, please double check the time on the payments to make sure you don't open an inquiry or chargeback on the "correct" payment.
