Weekly Goals

Writing
Write my 750 words a day (5250 a week). As of Saturday night I am over 7K.
Work on my blogs for BYOB. Can I finish them all this week? What's the next step? I attended the BYOB webinar on Aug. 30 at 1pm to get the goods on the Next Steps... I will begin this in earnest after WDC's Birthday Week.
Participate in as many Writing Activities as I am able:
Mon 6 pm Blogging Basics - Affiliate Links
Tues. 1 to 2 pm was the BYOB call to get us moving into September.
Wed. 7:30 pm GWN - missed due to attending the Waterloo Book Fest 5 - 9 pm. Nicole and Patch were there.
Sun. 12 pm Working Writer ; 2 pm Goals & Accountability; 3 pm NWAL

Reading
Continue to work toward my goal of 30 books on Goodreads. I am currently at 21 books.
I am reading: Writing Radar by Jack Gantos; How to Write That Scene by Rayne Hall; Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert; and The Writer's Journey by Christopher Vogler.

Working
Work on Digital Supply bag - this is not a priority, but if I find something I will add it.
Contact teachers I usually supply for and let them know I am available. Need to finish this.

Get my Time Card signed. Not yet.

Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Get in a daily walk of at least 20 minutes. 2 days done. Struggling to get myself moving.
Yoga - 1 to 3 stretching sessions. Not yet.
Meditation - 1 to 3 sessions this week. Not yet.
Drink at least 2L a day. Most days.
Eat more fiber and protein. I believe so.
No eating after 8 pm. Most days.
Get in the kitchen and prepare meals so that I have more control over what I eat. A bit more this past week.

Other
Clean cat boxes more that once. I did once; mom did once
Take an Artist Date. I did Paris for the Poetry Open Mic as the rest of the week got messed up with my client going to ADP instead of out with me on Wednesday. So I worked Friday instead.
Plan some adventures for this summer: What would I like to do in Toronto? Not yet planned....
I might go to Paris, Ontario Friday for their Open Mic night. I did and I read 2 poems: The Pain of Heartbreak & We All Walk This World With Scars.
