On mobile devices, a tap on a member's handle shows one thing while a press on it shows another. The press displays the member's username, the add to queue option, send email option and give gps option.
If you have already tapped on the handle, you must clear that dropdown by refreshing the page and then press on the member's handle for the username dropdown to display.
