Most contests are created and run by individual members. There are only a few that are sponsored by WDC itself. Those would be: Dear Me, Quotation Inspiration, Short Shots, What a Character!, Journey Through Genres, Hook Us!, Good Deeds Get CASH!, and Rhythms & Writing. All of them (except for Good Deeds Get Cash!) require the member to have an extended membership in order to participate.
Why not consider running this contest yourself? There is a great article -- "How to Create a Contest" -- that explains the basics of creating and running a contest.
