The error is:

Item #1919873, entered as the Cover Image, was not found.

Based on what you said, if you're trying to CLEAR out a cover image completely... this may be a bug with trying to clear a cover image completely. To get around that possible bug, please try to replace the cover image with another cover (either uploaded, item or a stock cover) and then save the item that way.
