If Will gets into Kelsey Blankenship, he'll be able to better navigate to the specific places Chelsea can't be, so why doesn't he go after Kelsey and Jack li, between the two of those faces he could technically get the cheerleaders, AP class, and, the highly influencial people. Since he needs to gather allies using another person's face, he would have to hang out as them a lot more or, just mask them and keep a chain of command going down from Kim or wherever the boss is currently. The idea am observing is the Kelsey setting up the coupe, but then getting few more henchmen for herself then choosing the people to get under her, she's a schemer, but she schemes too much, besides, she seems like the type who would love to have Chelsea obeying her, along with the entire team, and she could potentially have the new cheerleader be her partner in crime, because imagine if it was someone who desperately wanted to get up there and keep it? Kelsey would definitely be Will's next face the next few weeks, unless Jack li needs to make a bold move somewhere.
