My goal is 1667 words a day for NaNoWriMo. That will mean I should have 21,667 by next Sunday night.
Participate in as many Writing Activities as I am able: I am stream-lining this for NaNoWriMo.

Tues. 3 pm Self-Publishing Challenge; 6:30 WPL Write-in
Wed. 7:30 pm GWN
Fri 4 pm Fiction Series workshop; 8 pm Cast of Characters workshop
Sun. 12 pm Working Writer; 3 pm NWAL
Reading
Continue to work toward my goal of 30 books on Goodreads. I am currently at 23 books.
I am reading: The Witches Kind by Louisa Morgan will be the only book I read as it needs to be done and returned by November 23. All other reading for the month is paused because of NaNoWriMo.
Working
Be ready to supply every weekday. I have 1 day scheduled already.
Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Get in a daily walk of at least 20 minutes.
Yoga - at least 1 session.
Meditation - at least 1 session.
Drink at least 2L a day.
Eat more fiber and protein.
No eating after 8 pm.
Other
Clean cat boxes.
Breakfast date with Caroline Topperman on Wednesday morning.
