Writing
My goal is 1667 words a day for NaNoWriMo. That will mean I should have 21,667 by next Sunday night. by Saturday night I was at 27,607. I have hit 1667+ each day, including Thursday!
Participate in as many Writing Activities as I am able: I am stream-lining this for NaNoWriMo.
Mon 6 pm Zoom call with Julie Kenny and Rebecca Moore - my Ninja Writer Writing Buddies. This had some technical glitches, but it went well.

Reading
Continue to work toward my goal of 30 books on Goodreads. I am currently at 24 books.
I finished reading The Witches Kind by Louisa Morgan on Saturday. All other reading for the month is paused because of NaNoWriMo.
Working
Be ready to supply every weekday. I only worked 2 days.
Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Only one day over 10K.
Yoga - at least 1 session. Not yet.
Meditation - at least 1 session. Not yet.
Drink at least 2L a day. Most days... I try.
Eat more fiber and protein. I believe so.
No eating after 8 pm. I try.
Other
Clean cat boxes.

Breakfast date with Caroline Topperman on Wednesday morning.

This was awesome! I haven't seen her since Book Fest at the end of August, but that was surrounded by many people. This was 4 hours of one to one.
