Was the item you reviewed public or is the item access restricted? If restricted, that’s the answer.

Otherwise, was the review more than 250 characters?

Aside from that make sure the item has a valid content rating. Not having a proper rating can also cause a review to not be shown as the review’s display follows the item’s content rating and your rating preferences. (Edit to add it seems to be this as the issue for you.)
