Thank you, Jaeyne of the Free Fab Five for championing my cause. I was starting to believe I was shouting into an empty room. It's nice to know that my voice actually has been heard. I've simpy not found any link anywhere to query an order status and shipping info. IHMO there should be such a contact directly on the order info page. I just see "Order Status: Not yet shipped..." and no way to ask "When will it ship?", "Did I do something wrong when I ordered?", etc. Again thank you for adding your voice to mine.
