It's funny you mention football, as between my husband and me I'm the one who pays closer attention to the sport. I even considered becoming a football referee back in college. I don't think I'll ever get around to doing that because my schedule is already a mess. Adding in not only going to the games (and travel time) but learning the various plays and rules would mean I can forget about sleeping. That's...kind of a bad thing.
