Ok, thanks for the response, now I know it's an IP issue I think the issue was caused by my anti-virus's VPN I turned it on while at work yesterday it switched itself off overnight and I took a look and can read it normally and as soon as I switch it back on it happens again, the VPN location must be set to a place that us currently having issues.
