Where is the instructions how to prepare Portfolio for free?

Hello, I need to know where to find detailed instructions on how to prepare my portfolio to lose my upgraded account status and prepare it for free again on the due date of my renewal ( $50 on February 15th, 2023). For example deleting images for items and what do I make my stories? Do they all have to be static items? Please don’t tell me here I need to know the full instructions in 101. Thank you ahead of time.
