MB checklist for Private community tab
The way I understand it, the people whose Merit Badge details we can't see are the ones who have set the access on their Portfolio "Community" tab to private. We can still see the list of what MBs (and how many of each) they've received in the pop-up window when we click on the community number next to their handles. Since that information is still available, then could we still get a checklist of what MBs they do and do not have? Like the one we get when sending an MB to someone whose "Community" tab is set to an access that includes us?
