I'm not sure about fantasy-only novel-critiquing groups, but I know that the folks who run this first one I'm about to link are great. (And I think they might have had separation by genre before. There's all kind of information to read up on if you follow links from the linked page.)
I'm biased about the second one since I'm a member. We focus on all different forms of speculative fiction, but there is usually at least one piece of fantasy fiction up for review.

Each of those groups have an application process and requirements, so you'll want to read up on those. If neither is what either of you are looking/hoping for, you can always click on "Browse By Type" from the left-hand column of any WdC page (or from the menu if you're on mobile), then click "Groups." You can try different words in the "search" bar. I'd suggest "review" rather than "critique" since that's the word a lot of members use on the site.
