Unable to review a Shop

Annette mentioned it to me recently that she couldn't do a review for my shop, so I visited Leger's and there isn't an option for reviewing shops. Did you change that or is there a glitch? When I edit the item, I can choose between all the same options as static item (rating doesn't require review, rating requires review, etc), but the review box isn't there for shops.
