Difficulty logging in
Hi there!

Lately, I have been having difficulty signing in. It isn’t telling me my password/user name is incorrect-it just sort of reloads the log-in page. Just now it took me about six times to actually log in. I am using the passwords I have saved on my computer, so it is correct.

Also, it isn’t the homepage giving me difficulties. It is the log in page that pops up if I’ve been idle for too long and the website needs me to sign in again.

Any suggestions?
