CAREFUL! Unconsented, unlawful billing, no refunds!


CAREFUL with this company. Their content is so-so (not bad, but not very helpful either). But most problematic is their billing policy. It is a shame that a mental health app is so irresponsible., illegal even when it comes to their unnanounced and unconsented billing. I ordered a three month subscription. In the app they sneakily changed it to one year, (after approx. two weeks of using). I sent an email to address this. The mail was ignored. And then, without any announcement or option to contest, I was billed for a yearly fee. When I mailed again, they replied with illegal nonsense. They seem not to be willing to solve the situation, hence my creditcard service needs to bounce to payment. Better try other options to overcome procrastination, because this is a malafide company.
