Update for the week of September 18 to 24, 2023
Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 a week). I am over 5250 words as I write this. Most days have been over 750 or they have made up for the day before that was lower.
Work through my list of things I want to work on - novels, poetry, blogs. I posted my Prompt It To Ya! Autumn Edition blog. I did a bit of work on my novel.
I will participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. 12 pm Editing Workshop *Checkg*; 1 pm Blogging Basics - worked on a couple of my blogs *Checkg*; I went to visit a friend in the hospital and was not back in time for: 6 pm Writing Buddies *X*or 8 pm Blogging Co-working call *X*
Wed. 7:30 pm GWN *Checkg*
Thurs. 11 am Live Edits micro; 1 pm Paris Ready, Set, Write (maybe) - I forgot all of these.
Sat. 12 pm Accountability with Michelle *X*- I took part in a Fall Equinox (Mabon) celebration from 11 am until 4:15 pm.
Sun. 9 am All Day Write-in *X*

Reading:
I have read 23 of my 25 books as part of my Goodreads Challenge.
I am reading The 90-Day Novel by Alan Watt; The Ink Black Heart by Robert Galbraith; The Everyday Ayurveda Cookbook by Kate O'Donnell and Witch of Wild Things by by Raquel Vasquez Gilliland.
I need to write up reviews for 206 Bones, The Bluest Eye, Crossover, The Wise One and A Court of Thorns and Roses and A Court of Mist and Fury.

Work:
Do up EI report on Saturday. Not yet.
Work Thursday night with my client. *Checkg* and took my mother with me so she would not go out driving on her own.
Start to get my supply bag ready for next week.
Work through WRDSB video trainings. Not this week.

Health:
Radiant Goddess - Do past week's meditation, breathing practice and yoga sessions.
Fall Equinox or Mabon Retreat - 11 am to 4:30 pm Saturday September 23 *Checkg*
Quarterly Self-care challenge - Sunday September 24 *Checkg*
10K a day Some good days, but nothing above 10K.
Meditation - over 5 sessions
Wall Pilates - BetterMe app. None.
Water - drink 1500 ml to 2 L a day. Not much.
Follow my Ayurveda diet plan. A bit, but not consistently.
No eating after 8 pm. Struggled.
No screen time after 8 pm. Struggled.
To bed by 10 pm. I find this a challenge, particularly when I could be working the next day - and yes, I realize this is counterproductive. The only night I am able to do this is Saturday night.

Other
Take out the Green bin and Blue Recycling bin. *Checkg*
Give Shanti the flea and tick stuff. Not yet.
