October Novel Prep Challenge

As a rebel - I will tell you sometimes it is okay to skip the current day's assignment and try something else, like your protagonist background story, or your antagonist profile, so you can figure out what you need before brainstorming things that feel too nebulous. I sometimes struggle with the climax this early in the prep, too.
