October Novel Prep Challenge

Google: So big that they're being sued by Microsoft, one of the next biggest companies in the world, for being too big for their britches. Meanwhile, our Google form is temporarily borked and the advice we get is: give it a day or so and see if it resolves itself. Where's the 1-800-googlesupport number?? Oh, right. They don't have one.
