That's brilliant, stevengepp! Describing the antagonist as the protagonist of their own story clicks for me in a way that "a bad guy with some redeeming qualities" just doesn't. Little lightbulbs are blinking on in my head as I think of book after book where I can instantly see that's the case with "the bad guy." Wow. *Idea* *Exclaim*
