I know when I was judging a round, we were instructed to pick our top 5 to 6 entries. Then between the judges, agree on the top three. Then from there, agree on #1, #2, and #3. There was no instruction for a tie, or a runner-up. But BrandiwynšŸŽ¶Sprinting Author Icon and Robert Waltz Author IconMail Icon are the ultimate authorities.
