Write 750 words a day (5250 a week).
NaNoWriMo.
Work through my list of things I want to work on - novels, poetry, blogs.
I will participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Wed. 7:30 pm GWN
Friday – Nanowrimo overnighter 7 pm to Saturday at 7 am.
Sun. 12 pm Working Writer; 3 pm NWAL
Reading:
I have read 27 of my 25 books as part of my Goodreads Challenge.
Work:
Do up EI reports after October 7.
Work Thursday night with my client.
Work through WRDSB video trainings.
Health:
Radiant Goddess - Do past week's meditation, breathing practice and yoga sessions.
6K a day
Meditation - 3 session.
Wall Pilates - BetterMe app.
Water - drink 1500 ml to 2 L a day.
Follow my Ayurveda diet plan.
No eating after 8 pm.
No screen time after 8 pm.
To bed by 10 pm.
Other
Take out the Green bin and Blue Recycling bin.
