Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 a week). I have made my goal of 1667 words a day and have reached 45K by Saturday night.
NaNoWriMo.

I need to refocus on my novel - much of the this week's writing has been everything, but my novel.
Work through my list of things I want to work on - novels, poetry, blogs.
I will participate in as many writing events as I am able:

I attended from 8:45 pm until 2:30 am.
Sun. 12 pm Working Writer

Reading:
I have read 27 of my 25 books as part of my Goodreads Challenge.
I am currently reading Discover Your Writing Self by Andi Cumbo-Floyd.
Work:
Do up EI reports after October 7.
Work Thursday night with my client.

Work through WRDSB video trainings. Still have 5 to do - but not until December, due to NaNoWriMo.
Health:
6K a day - I did well. 5 days well over 10K and my lowest day was 8996.
Meditation -
Wall Pilates - BetterMe app.

Water - drink 1500 ml to 2 L a day. This is lower than it should be.
Follow my Ayurveda diet plan. A few restaurants with mother.
No eating after 8 pm. For the most part... as I was often very full after diner.
No screen time after 8 pm. Being on a writing retreat I was often writing at various times so I did not stop at 8 pm.
To bed by 10 pm. On retreat, I managed to get to bed earlier after full days.
Other
Take out the Green bin and Blue Recycling bin.
