Yes there is. Simply Go to your Group (or group that you have control over GPs. Click on Group Tools >> *Dollar* Group Gift Points >> Enter the recipient group's ID number in Group Item ID(s): >> Enter Amount >> Enter Optional Message >> Anonymous or Not >> Confirm.
