A Review Tool Modification

There may already be a way to do this, but I can't find it.

Many folks who use the Review Tool regularly have several templates. Is there a way, or can a way be implemented, to re-order our templates? They are not stored alphabetically, nor can you re-order by numbering them.

Or, as a compromise perhaps--add a Last Used feature for templates, like the one in the Affiliation window. Often, I use the same template while doing reviews for a review group or for judging a contest.
