A Like Notification for Emails

I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but I can't find where. So, I'll just ask:

Is it possible to just respond to an email with a Like and have it appear in the Notification list? Or can it be implemented?

I get many "Thank you" emails for the reviews I give. Rather than sending a "You're welcome" email, a Like would seem more appropriate ... at least, easier and simpler.
