I agree, though I have had 1 person who didn't actually, officially finish one year. I didn't notice and they got their full rewards. That's partly on me, but I do like to think I make it clear that when I start the rewards in December, people are still supposed to do a January entry. Oh, well. Whatever. That reminds me, though. I should probably double check to ensure most of you are done and that I remind the rest of you.
