In literature/graphic novels, it's all there somewhere, so I'm going to take this as movies/TV.
In scifi, there are a couple if sub genres I'd like ro see: steampunk springs to mind straight away; post civilisation collapse dystopia; future Earth without drifting into cyberpunk.
In fantasy, there's only one: alternate history tales. So many great books (some verging on scifi, yes) and only one or two films/TV shows made.
