Suggestion Box

There's a link through the Left Column near bottom under "Writing.Com Tools"   From the menu that comes up, click on "WritingML: Emoticons."

They are also available in the menu bar right above any text input box for most items, such as this forum. Click on the smiley face in a box near the right end
