Publishers I have worked with consider it published if available for public consumption.

To counter that, I set work here as being for registered authors and higher. I believe no-one can simply look at them in that regard.

I have only had one instance where I've sold a story that was here (I needed feedback on it) and explained the critique nature of the site; they just made me remove it from here.

Anyway, that's my experience
