I not sure I'd say that either of these books changed my life, but they did make me think. The first made me reliaze (even if I should already have known) that the "what if's" in life may not have always worked out they way they play out in your mind, if you had a chance to see what would've happened. The second one did give me insight (one person's anyway) into the battle of depression.
