I think it's a damn mess everywhere! Even in their custody, in a secured foster home she managed to contact friends and leave without anyone knowing. They stole a car and ran, but were picked up in North Dakota. I'll let you guess who they tried to hold liable.

With the help of a couple of good attorneys, everything was dropped, and as of December, we have relinquished custody and are finally free from all of it.
