Hey, Ang. I mean no offense, hon, but I've been surrounded by kids from all different backgrounds and different cultures. Kids commit suicide for many different reasons. Main one being bullied. I was bullied for simply being different, for speaking a different language, for acting and thinking different, for looking different... whatever looking different meant at that time. My parents guided me to the best of their abilities. I also look back at being such age and I remember that mentally I wasn't capable of making life changing decisions. There are still decisions I have to make that are challenging and I'm an adult. I used to be a terrible tomboy who wanted to do things my way because of the way I was treated at school, because I felt that was I was called would have suited me better. I don't see it as such now. We're allowed different opinions. Like I said I'm open minded but until someone is adult enough to make decisions, most of them rely on parents to guide them and listen to them. Is that reason enough to go to jail? ~ Gaby   |
