Leap Year Anniversaries Celebrated Before or After?
Fairy ☮ and I were talking on a thread. This is probably already happening, but we just wanted to be sure that the system still notifies fans of a person's account anniversary if it's on February 29th so they can get MBs, congratulations, and other such things, even in non-leap years. *Smile*

Obviously, it would probably make the most sense for it to be a notification on the 28th or March 1st, perhaps whichever tends to have fewer anniversaries. *Smile* We just want to be sure our leap year anniversary accounts don't get forgotten the other 3 years of the cycle. *Heart*
