It's maybe a bit mundane (and might sound like an advertisement ), but for years I was pestered with niggly joint aches, particularly in the hands and wrists and caused no doubt by years of working at a keyboard. I tried wrist supports, special restrictive gloves (intended to arthritis sufferers) and a few other things, but the thing that fixed it was taking an Omega 3 supplement. It's the one supplement I can honestly say made a difference. So that's my new "habit" - one capsule in the morning and another at night.
