Olivia doing OctoPrep – I just checked out your new recipe–do you know who B. Dylan Hollis is? He does "vintage baking" that's moved from TicTok to YouTube using recipes he finds in very old cookbooks. He tries them out on video, and often they're horrible and inedible (in his opinion) and sometimes they're a wonderful surprise. Mostly I just think he's delightful–queer-cute with happy energy, and funny. Anyway, just a couple days ago I saw a post from him with a surprisingly similar recipe–except he uses bacon grease as the fat for the cookies. Hold on, I'm going to get a link for you, because he's so fun to watch anyway... Bacon Grease Choc Chip Cookies   He's super-high energy, so depending on your own energy, he might make you anxious if you watch more than a couple of his shows. I hope you like him!
